Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to support the Amazon Logistics North America (AMZL NA) Engineering team within the Last Mile organization. You will own high-impact programs ensuring reliability and scalable automation across the NA delivery network.

You will build dashboards, governance, and documentation systems to enable leadership visibility and cross-functional alignment, partnering with field engineers and operations leaders to accelerate project delivery at Amazon scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and field execution.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience developing and managing recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information to executives and non-technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated reporting pipelines and performance dashboards that provide leadership with real-time visibility into program health.
• Translate complex data sets into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Build and maintain AI-powered compliance tools that aggregate multi-source data into consolidated weekly leadership reports.
• Manage multiple concurrent engineering projects across the NA delivery station network, coordinating timelines with external contractors.
• Track project milestones and completion metrics; identify gaps via root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Own weekly organizational compliance reporting; monitor metrics including training completion, invoice accuracy, and action item closure.
• Administer engineering documentation platforms and develop SOPs that standardize processes across the network.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Startup Execution, Operations, RME, and external contractors; facilitate status meetings and escalations.
