Qualifications

• Experience with laser systems or industrial diagnostics is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, testing, and maintenance of laser systems and subsystems in the service depot.
• Follow detailed work instructions and repair documentation to complete service tasks accurately.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical, electronic, and optical components under supervision.
• Prepare systems and components for shipment, including inspection and proper packaging.
• Enter service data into ERP and CRM systems to document completed repairs.
• Collaborate with senior technicians on complex repairs and escalations.
