Responsibilities

• Provide remote support for IPG customers, resellers, and subsidiaries.
• Troubleshoot and optimize laser system performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and service on domestic and international customers.
• Collaborate with engineering on upgrades and escalated service issues.
• Maintain field service reports and travel as required.
