Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support for IPG customers, resellers, and subsidiaries.
• Troubleshoot and optimize laser system performance.
• Assist with training materials and field service reports.
• Coordinate with engineering on upgrades and field issues.
• Maintain spares inventory and handle shipping of orders.
