Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations, manage staff and resources, and drive efficiency and safety. The role ensures compliance with company policies and supports excellent customer service across departments.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in construction/landscaping, 2-3 years of management, and proficiency with MS Office and BrightView systems. This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in landscape or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in construction or landscaping.
• Minimum 2-3 years of management in landscape/service.
• Proficiency with MS Office and company systems (FSM, BrightPath, etc.).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure efficiency and safety.
• Lead staff, resources, and workflows to meet targets and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-department collaboration.
• Manage procurement, inventory, and vendor relations.
• Monitor KPIs, report to Branch Manager, and ensure customer service quality.
• Coordinate projects, staffing, equipment, and future resource planning.

Education

Bachelor's or Associate’s in landscape or business-related field

7+ years experience in construction or landscaping

2-3 years management experience in landscape/service

Qualified Applicator License preferred
