Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and safety while driving continuous improvement across departments. You will lead staff, manage procurement and inventory, and ensure compliance with safety standards and customer service excellence.

The role requires 7+ years in construction/landscaping with 2–3 years of management, strong MS Office and field systems experience, and effective communication in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a service-based industry.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction or landscaping.
• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in landscape or service industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and company systems (FSM, BrightPath).
• Strong written and oral communication; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Lead, train, and develop staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Forecast weekly/monthly labor; manage expenses to meet targets.
• Procure and manage inventory; ensure timely vendor deliveries.
• Enforce safety standards; ensure regulatory compliance and audits.
• Track KPIs using BrightPath, Power BI, and other systems.
• Maintain high customer service and jobsite quality.
• Lead operational projects; align with branch growth goals.
• Plan staffing, equipment, and technology to meet demand.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Office Admin, Sales, and Operations.
