Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC seeks an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day branch operations, drive efficiency, and ensure safety and compliance. You will supervise staff, manage budgets and resources, and coordinate cross-departmental projects to achieve growth targets.

Responsibilities include labor forecasting, procurement, and vendor management, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality on job sites. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in a landscape or business field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in construction or landscaping, with 2–3 years of management experience.
• Licenses preferred for pesticide or fertilizer applications.
• Proficient with Office suite and field systems such as FSM and BrightPath.
• Fluent English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Lead, train, and develop staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Execute weekly and monthly labor planning; monitor expenses.
• Source products, manage inventory, and ensure timely vendor deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Track KPIs and report operational performance to leadership.
• Coordinate projects with internal teams and external vendors.
