Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and service excellence. You will manage staff, material flow, and vendor relations while driving continuous improvement and adherence to company policies.

You will lead cross-functional teams, implement labor planning, monitor budgets, and report KPIs to the Branch Manager. A background in landscaping or construction and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's or Bachelor's in landscape or business field.
• Minimum 7 years in construction/landscaping industry.
• 2–3 years of management experience in landscape/service industry.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and company systems (FSM, BrightPath).
• Experience with mobile apps and field tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Lead, train, and develop staff; conduct evaluations.
• Manage weekly/monthly labor planning and budgeting.
• Source products from vendors; manage inventory and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure safety compliance and risk management across operations.
• Track KPIs; report to Branch Manager and drive improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
