Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager in California to oversee day-to-day branch operations, drive efficiency, safety, and customer service. You will lead staff, manage resources, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget, while implementing continuous improvements across departments.

Responsibilities include forecasting labor, procurement, safety compliance, and reporting KPIs using BrightPath, Power BI, and field systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in landscape or business; equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in construction or landscaping.
• 2-3 years of management in landscape/service.
• Proficiency with FSM, BrightPath, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Improve processes to boost productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Lead, train, and develop staff; conduct evaluations.
• Forecast weekly/monthly labor; manage resources to meet targets.
• Oversee procurement and inventory; ensure vendor deliveries.
• Ensure safety, compliance; conduct audits and risk mitigation.
• Track KPIs; report to Branch Manager; use BrightPath/Power BI.
• Maintain high customer service and jobsite quality.
• Coordinate projects; ensure on-time, within scope.
