Pike Nurseries is seeking a Landscape Office Call Center & Coordinator to support the Landscape Division with phone answering, scheduling, and master calendar management. The role provides essential administrative support and collaboration with designers and stores to ensure timely project scheduling.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of related experience, strong interpersonal skills, and familiarity with POS, Aspire, and Eagle tools.

Qualifications

• Has 1–3 years of related experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Basic accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain master schedule for Landscape Division.
• Process designs in POS for Landscape Division sales.
• Make initial contact to schedule designs within 48 hours.
• Reschedule design appointments as needed.
• Maintain master schedule and assign designers by area and availability.
