Summary: The Landscape Services Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of technician schedules, project coordination, and customer experience for our maintenance and landscape operations. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Job Duties:
- Manages the day-to-day schedules and work ticket management for all of maintenance.
- Responsible for accurate time and material entries in Aspire software for maintenance division.
- Handles coordination of project items such as permits, porta potties, utility marking.
- Account manages house maintenance accounts worth approximately $350K.
- Responsible for weekly customer communication regarding service/project schedules, watering and warranty information, and sales to production handoff for maintenance division.
- Sends weekly and monthly NPS surveys and Google review requests to customers for landscape and maintenance.
- Attends weekly meetings for landscape and maintenance divisions.
- Prepares and sends annual maintenance renewal contracts in the fall and winter.
- Supports maintenance division directors administratively as needed.
- Participates in snow removal dispatch operations in the winter months.
- Oversees materials for maintenance division.
Measurables:
- TP and efficiency goals for technicians.
- Sales and renewal goals for house accounts.
- No balls dropped on job preparation items.
- Aspire issues up to date.
Desired Experience and Education:
- High school diploma or associates degree at a minimum.
- 5+ years in the green industry is preferred.
- Must be comfortable with technology and have experience using a CRM, Microsoft Office 365, and scheduling software.
- Ability to maintain a professional, positive, and cooperative demeanor always.
- Extremely detailed and organized, excellent written and verbal communication skills, math skills.
- Ability to identify, prioritize, and complete tasks independently and in a timely manner.
- Works well under pressure while meeting deadlines and multi-tasking priorities.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
- $50-57K per year, depending on experience

Typical Hours: green season work is typically 7am-4pm, Monday thru Friday; Winter hours are not typical and will require overnights, weekends and holidays.
