Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is offering a 10–12 week paid Landscape Maintenance Internship on-site. The program emphasizes hands-on field training, mentorship, and exposure to Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Candidates actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a hands-on environment.
• Interest in team-oriented, customer-focused industry and supporting varied operational needs.
• Comfortable working in office and outdoor field environments.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine duties.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated mentorship with regular feedback and professional development.
• Exposure to team-building, professional etiquette, communication, and leadership best practices.
• Collaborative work with interns on meaningful projects and learning opportunities.
• Final presentation of internship experience highlighting key activities and learnings.
• Potential for consideration for full-time opportunities after graduation.
