Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in a team-oriented, customer-focused industry with willingness to support various operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments; able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of field operations and branch operations.
• Shadow teams involved in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Receive dedicated mentorship and regular feedback to support professional development.
• Engage in management and leadership development activities to prepare for future roles.
• Contribute to collaborative projects alongside interns and professionals.
