Ruppert Landscape offers a 10–12 week paid internship in landscape maintenance. You will gain hands-on field training, shadow teams across Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership, and receive dedicated mentorship and leadership development.

Open to high school graduates pursuing degrees in horticulture or related fields; interns work in both outdoor and office environments, gaining real-world experience with the possibility of future full-time opportunities after

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Candidates actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in working in a team-oriented, customer-focused industry with a willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine job duties.
• Proficient in the use of computers and common software applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
