Interns shadow Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership, receiving dedicated mentorship and opportunities to present their work. Top performers may be considered for full-time roles after graduation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, customer-focused mindset with willingness to support various operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine duties.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist field crews and learn landscape production and branch operations.
• Shadow teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Engage with a dedicated mentor for feedback and professional development.
• Participate in final internship presentation and contribute to Ruppert’s culture and values.
