Ruppert Landscape offers a 10–12 week paid internship in landscape maintenance for students pursuing horticulture, turf management, or related fields. You will gain hands-on field training across multiple areas, shadow key teams, and work with a dedicated mentor to guide your progress.

You’ll build practical skills, expand industry knowledge, and participate in professional networking, with opportunities for future roles after graduation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, customer-focused mindset with willingness to support various operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of field operations.
• Shadow teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Work with a mentor who provides feedback and professional development guidance.
• Develop leadership and professional etiquette through structured activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues on meaningful projects and build industry connections.
