Qualifications

• Team oriented with a willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Shadow teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Leadership.
• Work with a mentor, receive feedback, and develop professional skills.
• Contribute to teamwork and project-based progress in a collaborative environment.
