Job summary

Ruppert Landscape offers a 10–12 week paid internship in landscape maintenance, with hands-on field training and exposure to office operations. Interns shadow crews, gain mentorship, and participate in leadership development, networking, and project work.

Qualified candidates are pursuing degrees in horticulture, turf management, or related fields, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and support diverse operational needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in related field (Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, etc).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, customer-focused mindset with flexibility to support various operations.
• Comfortable working in office and outdoor field environments.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Shadowing and engaging with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Mentorship and feedback to support professional development.
• Exposure to management and leadership practices to prepare for future roles.
• Collaborative team environment with internship projects and networking.
