Ruppert Landscape is offering a 10–12 week paid internship in landscape maintenance, based at our Garner, NC area. You’ll gain hands-on field training, shadow key teams, and work with mentors on real projects across Field Operations, Irrigation, and Sales.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in horticulture or related fields, with strong problem-solving, teamwork, and a willingness to push through a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in horticulture, turf management, agribusiness, business management, operations management, construction management, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in both office and outdoor settings.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on field operations experience.
• Shadow key business areas including Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Work with mentors to develop professional skills.
• Participate in leadership development and team projects.
• Present internship experiences at the end of the program.
