Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active pursuit of a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a hands-on environment.
• Willingness to support a variety of operational needs in a team setting.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated mentorship and progress feedback throughout the internship.
• Exposure to management and leadership development best practices.
• Collaboration with skilled professionals and fellow interns on meaningful projects.
• Final presentation of internship experiences, projects, and learnings.
• Career pathways include potential full-time opportunities after graduation.
