Ruppert Landscape in Apex, NC offers a 10–12 week paid internship in landscape maintenance designed to provide hands-on field training and broad exposure to branch operations.

Participants shadow Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership, receive dedicated mentorship, and present a final internship review, with potential for full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in a related field (horticulture, turf management, agribusiness, business/operations/construction management).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in office and outdoor field environments; able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Field Training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job Shadowing with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated Mentorship with regular feedback and professional development.
• Management & Leadership development exposure to teamwork, etiquette, communication, and leadership best practices.
• Collaborative team environment with interns on meaningful projects and networking opportunities.
