Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Leadership teams.
• Mentorship and feedback to support professional growth.
• Participation in leadership development and teamwork activities.
• Contribute to real projects and network with professionals.
