Job summary

Ruppert Landscape Co. offers a 10-12 week paid internship in landscape maintenance, May–August 2027, designed to provide hands-on field training and exposure to branch operations.

Interns shadow teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Leadership, with mentorship and a path to possible full-time roles after graduation. You’ll gain practical office and field experience, work across multiple roles, and participate in a final presentation that showcases projects, lessons

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Candidates must be actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Interest in working in a team-oriented, customer-focused industry with a willingness to support a variety of operational needs
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine job duties
• Proficient in the use of computers and common software applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
