Job summary

Ruppert Landscape Co. is offering a 10–12 week paid internship in landscape maintenance, May–August 2027. The program provides hands-on field training, job shadowing across Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales and Branch Leadership, plus dedicated mentorship and leadership development.

Interns will gain real-world experience in both field and office operations, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, professional networking, and potential future full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in working in a team-oriented, customer-focused industry with a willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine duties.
• Proficient in computers and MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations and branch operations.
