Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, or related field.
• Willingness to work in office and outdoor environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Regular mentorship and feedback to support development.
• Develop leadership and professional etiquette skills.
• Collaborative teamwork on meaningful projects.
• Professional networking with peers, mentors, and leaders.
• Intern Choice Experience to gain department-specific training at program end.
• Deliver final presentation highlighting experiences and projects.
