Job summary

Ruppert Landscape Co. offers a 10–12 week paid internship in landscape maintenance, May–August 2027.

You will work closely with field crews and office teams, gaining exposure to irrigation, sales, and branch leadership while developing practical skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will participate in hands-on field training, shadow key departments, and receive dedicated mentorship to prepare for a potential full-time role after graduation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in related field such as Horticulture or Business management.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in field operations and office tasks.
• Support field crews and learn landscape production and branch operations.
• Engage in mentorship and leadership development activities.
