Job summary

Ruppert Landscape Co. offers a 10–12 week paid internship focused on landscape maintenance and branch operations. This program provides hands-on field training, job shadowing across Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and leadership exposure.

You’ll gain real-world experience in both field and office operations, with dedicated mentorship to support your development and potential future opportunities within Ruppert’s culture and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in a related field listed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, customer-focused industry mindset and willingness to support various operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely.
• Proficient in computers and MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Shadow key business areas: Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated mentorship with regular feedback and professional development support.
• Exposure to leadership development, professional etiquette, communication, and management best practices.
• Collaborative teamwork on meaningful projects while interns rotate through roles.
