Ruppert Landscape Co. offers a 10–12-week paid internship in landscape maintenance, with hands-on field training, job shadowing across Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership, plus dedicated mentorship and leadership development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in a team-oriented, customer-focused industry with willingness to support various operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine duties.
• Proficiency with common software applications include Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
