Job summary

Ruppert Landscape offers a 10–12 week paid internship in Landscape Maintenance, May–August 2027, designed to expose you to field operations and branch activities. You will work alongside crews, shadow various departments, and receive mentorship to develop practical skills.

You’ll gain experience in both field and office operations, with opportunities to network professionally and potentially continue into full-time roles after graduation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in a related field such as Horticulture or Operations Management.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to support various operational needs and work in both office and outdoor settings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use common software applications.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on field training across landscape production and branch operations.
• Shadow teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and leadership.
• Work with a mentor for feedback and professional development.
• Learn team-building, etiquette, communication and leadership practices.
• Collaborate with interns on meaningful projects and network within Ruppert Landscape.
