Ruppert Landscape offers a hands-on, 10–12-week paid internship in Landscape Maintenance from May to August 2027. Interns will rotate through field operations and office tasks, gaining practical experience and exposure to day-to-day branch operations.

You’ll work on projects, shadow leaders, and receive dedicated mentorship. The program emphasizes field training, job shadowing, and opportunities to choose a department for extended training, with a final presentation and potential career pathways

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, or related field.
• Strong problem solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to support various operational needs in a team setting.
• Comfortable in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; proficient with Microsoft Office.
