Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a hands-on environment.
• Team-oriented, customer-focused, able to support various operational needs.
• Comfortable in office and outdoor field environments.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Shadow teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Work with a mentor to develop professionally throughout the internship.
• Participate in leadership development activities and teamwork-focused projects.
• Present internship experience and outcomes in a final presentation.
