Job summary

Ruppert Landscape Co offers a 10-12 week paid internship in landscape maintenance, May–August 2027. Interns will gain practical experience in field operations and office tasks, with exposure to field production, branch operations, and a strong mentorship program.

You will shadow teams across Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales and Leadership, participate in meaningful projects, and deliver a final presentation. Top performers may receive full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active pursuit of a relevant degree in a horticulture/landscape field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on field operations experience alongside crews.
• Shadow teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales and Leadership.
