Job summary

Ruppert Landscape offers a 10–12 week paid internship in landscape maintenance, with hands-on field training and shadowing across Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales and leadership. Interns work on real projects, gain practical skills, and build a professional network in a collaborative, people-first culture.

Qualified students pursuing horticulture, turf management or related studies will develop field operations knowledge, with mentors guiding progress and potential for full-time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in horticulture, turf management, agribusiness, or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, customer-focused mindset with flexibility to support operations.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and working both office and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated mentorship with regular feedback and development.
• Management & Leadership development through team activities and etiquette.
