Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Pursuing a degree in Horticulture or related field preferred.
• Willing to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training in multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales.
• Dedicated mentorship and regular progress feedback.
