Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Installation Business Developer to drive new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing contracts for landscape installation projects. You will balance sales expertise with industry knowledge and relationship management to expand the client base and increase revenue.

The role requires 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in related industries, proficiency with CRM tools, and the ability to travel to local client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• 3–5 years of proven success in B2B sales preferably in landscaping, construction, property management, facility management, or related service industries.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices, horticulture, and project management fundamentals.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities for installation projects outside the Maintenance book of business.
• Develop customized proposals and sales presentations that address client needs and highlight company value.
• Negotiate and close contracts in alignment with pricing standards and profitability goals.
