Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Installation Business Developer to drive new B2B growth, cultivate relationships with property managers, developers, and general contractors, and transition projects to maintenance teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in B2B sales within landscaping or related industries, travel, and the ability to craft proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in landscaping, construction, property management, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities for installation projects outside the Maintenance book of business.
• Develop customized proposals and sales presentations that address client needs and highlight company value.
• Negotiate and close contracts in alignment with pricing standards and profitability goals.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with property managers, developers, general contractors, and decision-makers.
• Serve as the primary contact during the sales cycle and ensure a smooth transition to operations post-sale.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and drive retention.
