Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Installation Business Developer to drive growth by identifying and securing contracts for small-scale landscape installation projects. You will balance sales expertise, industry knowledge, and relationship management to expand the client base and maximize long-term customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in B2B sales within landscaping or related services, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and experience with CRM

Qualifications

3–5 years of proven success in B2B sales in landscaping/construction or related services.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices.
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient with CRM tools and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline for installation projects outside the Maintenance book.
Develop tailored proposals and presentations addressing client needs and value.
Negotiate and close contracts in line with pricing standards and profitability.
Collaborate with estimating, operations, and project teams to ensure accurate proposals.
