Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC seeks a Landscape Maintenance Installation Business Developer to drive new business growth by securing contracts for landscape installation projects. You will balance sales expertise, industry knowledge, and relationship management to expand the client base and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities include building a strong pipeline, developing proposals, negotiating deals, and transitioning projects to maintenance teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
3–5 years of proven success in B2B sales preferably in landscaping, construction, property management or related service industries.
Knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices, horticulture, and project management fundamentals.
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities for installation projects outside the Maintenance book of business.
Develop customized proposals and sales presentations addressing client needs and highlighting company value.
Negotiate and close contracts in alignment with pricing standards and profitability goals.
Build strong relationships with property managers, developers, general contractors, and decision-makers.
