Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a Customer Sales & Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will manage relationships, assist customers in person, by phone or online, and pull and prepare inventory for pickup or delivery.

You will proactively identify opportunities to grow sales, partner with branch leadership on new technologies, and help with merchandising and store tasks while maintaining a safe work

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in retail/wholesale preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation products a plus.
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience helpful.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with questions and needs in person, by phone, or online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pickup or delivery.
• Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and ways of working to impact performance.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store tasks while maintaining safety.
• May assist with other duties such as driving or yard work.
