Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply seeks a Customer Sales & Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will help with orders, inventory, and daily store tasks while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting, preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation product a plus.
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with questions and needs, in person, by phone or online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and processes.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, and store tasks while keeping a safe environment.
