SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a Customer Sales & Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will build strong relationships, assist with in-person, phone, and online orders, and manage inventory-related tasks to support store operations.

The role emphasizes customer obsession, adaptability to new technologies, and teamwork within a safety-conscious environment at our New Jersey locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Green industry knowledge is a plus.
• Willing to learn new technologies.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience is helpful.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to SiteOne customers.
• Build and manage relationships with customers.
• Assist customers in person, by phone, or online orders.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to implement new technologies and processes.
• Assist with merchandising and store tasks while maintaining safety.
