Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is hiring for a Customer Sales & Service Representative to serve commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will deliver exceptional service, build strong customer relationships, and assist with questions whether in person, by phone, or online ordering.

The role involves pulling and preparing inventory orders for pickup or delivery, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting merchandising and inventory tasks while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Irrigation, Lighting and/or Drainage experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation product a plus.
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience helpful.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person, via the phone or through online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery.
• Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance.
• Assist with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment.
