Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation products a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with questions in person, by phone, or online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and work practices to improve performance.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store duties while maintaining safety.
