You will build relationships, assist with orders in person, over the phone, or online, and pull inventory for pickup or delivery while supporting branch leaders with new technology and process improvements. This role emphasizes safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Green industry knowledge or landscape, nursery, or irrigation product familiarity.
• Ability to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with questions and orders in person, by phone, or online.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Work with branch leadership to implement new technologies and processes.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store tasks while keeping a safe environment.
