Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to oversee day-to-day site operations and direct a small crew on client sites. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of maintenance, installations, and related services.

You will prepare equipment, manage time logs, and coordinate with the Operations Manager while providing mentorship to teammates. Physical requirements include lifting, outdoor work, and flexible hours, including weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to operate various vehicles (with or without trailers).
• BrightView Equipment certifications or ability to obtain them.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of 2-5 crew members and ensure tasks are completed safely and to BrightView's quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain equipment, logs, and service records on client sites.
• Coordinate service delivery with Operations Manager and communicate customer needs.
• Provide training and feedback to crew members.
