Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites, directing a 2–5 person crew to deliver safe, high-quality service across maintenance, installation, and irrigation projects.

You will supervise daily activities, ensure schedules and client expectations are met, and work closely with the Operations Manager to train and develop crew members while maintaining BrightView standards in all weather and conditions.

Qualifications

• BrightView Equipment certifications.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and delegate work to crew team members.
• Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager.
• Provide Operations Manager feedback on crew member(s).
• Work with Operations Manager, helping to develop and train crew members.
• Ensure equipment preventative maintenance is performed as needed and equipment is in good working order.
