Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to execute site-level tasks on client sites, directing 2–5 team members and ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards. You will oversee crews across maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation, and seasonal color management.

A valid driver’s license, ability to operate vehicles, and prior leadership in a landscape setting are required. You will coordinate work with the Operations Manager, train crew members, log time

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.
• Ability to operate various vehicles, with or without trailers.
• BrightView Equipment certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations, including loading and securing equipment and safely operating vehicles.
• Deliver services on client sites while maintaining schedules and meeting service expectations.
• Identify and elevate customer problems or concerns to the Operations Manager.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to ensure client needs are met.
• Assist in resolving customer service issues when needed.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, delegate work, and coordinate service with Operations Manager.
• Provide feedback on crew performance and assist in training team members.
• Monitor and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and maintain safe working order.
• Log crew time through electronic time capture (ETC) and track equipment usage.
• Conduct EDVIR on assigned vehicles.
• Participate in branch meetings and seek continuous improvement.
