Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites, supervising a 2–5 person crew to ensure tasks are completed safely and to BrightView quality standards. You will supervise maintenance, installation, irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications, driving high client satisfaction through strong leadership.

Applicants should demonstrate leadership, possess a valid driver license, and have experience in landscape-related fields.

Qualifications

• Certifications for BrightView equipment are preferred.
• Experience in landscape-related fields is required or preferred.
• Evidence of leadership within a team is expected.
• A valid driver license is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedule and meet service expectations.
• Escalate and report customer concerns to Operations Manager.
• Resolve customer service issues when needed.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to align client needs.
• Deliver services as specified on site and improve efficiency.
• Delegate work to crew and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Provide feedback and assist in training crew members.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and functional.
• Attend branch meetings as directed.
• Accurately capture crew time logs electronically.
• Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles.
