Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building long-term relationships that promote client satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales. This role oversees field operations.

You will identify opportunities to upsell, develop accurate estimates and takeoffs, deliver timely bid proposals and designs, and coordinate with the Branch Manager for service delivery and quality reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management and leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell ancillary (enhancement) services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients as needed.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Generate referrals and communicate leads to the Business Developer.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and ensure service expectations.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to meet or exceed service delivery standards.
• Monitor accounts receivable and maintain client documentation in CRM.
