Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building lasting relationships and guiding field operations to deliver exceptional service.

You will pursue enhancements, develop accurate estimates, present timely proposals, supervise site walks, renew accounts, and collaborate with the Branch Manager to meet margins and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's in business-related field or equivalent customer-focused experience.
• At least 3 years in customer service, management, and leadership; landscaping preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients and manage field operations.
• Identify opportunities to upsell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients as needed.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships and conduct regular site walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to ensure service delivery and safety standards.
